about 45 miles from the Israeli border.
Accommodations are in chalets that sleep up
to three people or very basic bamboo huts

Bedouin Valley Eco-Lodge
Eco-lodge on the Red Sea Coast of Egypt, about 70
kilometers from the Marsa Alam Airport. Built
on the top of a small hill, giving it beautiful
views of Tondoba Bay. Accommodations are in 20
bungalows and ten larger chalets. All of the
accommodations have private bathrooms. There is
a sandy beach and snorkeling area near the lodge
and there is a scuba diving and water sports
center on the premises.
Marsa Shagra Village Eco-Lodge
Beach front dive resort eco-lodge with 61 chalets
(about half with air conditioning), 25 huts, 40 tents,
and 12 "royal" tents. Located abut 40 kilometers south
of the Marsa Alam Airport.

Eco lodge with accommodations in African huts
with shared bathrooms and in bungalows with
private bathrooms.

a kitchen, a lounge and a dining area. Guests
can bring their own food to cook or they eat in
the local Bedouin restaurant. The lodge has
compost toilets, and no electricity, but solar
panels are used to heat the shower water.
